ugh i wish i could do the same. there are ton of things for new homeowners in worcester (like, sometimes if you don't make a lot of money, they can give you a first home buyers grant where they put down your down payment for you!)

hey if chris doesn't work out though. you're welcome to move into my 2nd bedroom as of dec 1st? it's $450/mo plus electricity (which is no more than $45 a month at most usually) and cable (which shouldn't be too expensive.. maybe like $60-75 for cable and internet?)
